you’ll find a charming, tastefully decorated house, comprising on the first floor a living room/open kitchen, a large bedroom with shower room. A beautiful staircase with a wrought-iron banister leads upstairs to a bedroom with WC and washbasin.

Set in a vast 2900m² plot, this property offers generous space to relax and enjoy nature. As soon as you arrive, you’ll be greeted by low stone walls framing the garden. A secure gate invites you to discover the privacy and comfort of this residence.

You’ll love the spacious 28m² living room, bathed in natural light and equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. A 24m² kitchen, fully equipped for your culinary needs.
One bedroom
17m², where you can choose between a large 180cm bed or two separate 90cm beds. The room is equipped with air conditioning and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
A second bedroom
17m², on the 1st floor, with a comfortable 160cm bed. The room is equipped with air conditioning and a private toilet with washbasin.
